An experienced and passionate PT with a love of all things fitness! I have been working as qualified Personal Trainer for 9 years. With a background in Crossfit, all functional training, swim instructing, group exercise and boot camps. I have worked with a wide range of clients from young to the elderly as well as working with multiple different medical conditions,diseases and injuries. The health and fitness industry has always been my calling in life.
