I have worked in the fitness industry for 19 years. During this time my roles have been as a fitness trainer, personal trainer, group fitness instructor/coordinator and duty manager.
My passion for fitness revolves mainly around group fitness, however, I feel that all aspects of health and fitness combined are important to helping people from all populations achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals.
