A Bit About Me
I commenced in the Fitness industry in 1996 as a fitness instructor and then added Aqua Aerobics in 1998.
In 1996 I also became a Les Mills Pump instructor teaching at various gyms.
In 2010 I switched over to BTS (Body Training Solutions) now known as MOSSA, teaching step and their version of Pump called Power.
In November 2013 I trained with Schwinn Cycle to obtain my freestyle cycle certification.
So over the 22 years of teaching I am experienced in and can teach:
Aqua, aqua for older adults, all freestyle aerobics including step, pre-choreography bar and step class, cycle, seniors, Stretch, school kids, boxing, fitball/swissball, X-fit and circuit classes.
I was also the Fitness co-ordinator from 2006 to 2015 with V & R Fitness (V & R Gym) until they closed so have experience with timetabling, organising covers and the hiring of instructors.

Due to Covid and various boring medical issues, I have not been able to attend aqua classes for a period of 2 years. I came back last week and my first class was taken by Angela. WOW! How great to be back. Angela is full of energy & enthusiasm. She makes hard exercise fun & interesting. I love all the aqua routines but Angela & Jo make me want to work really hard to get the most benefit. A big pat on the back.
