Ange is everything you want & need in a trainer. She is very motivating and quick to adapt any exercise to suit injuries/restrictions, she knows when to push you hard and when you're not ready yet. She is easy to approach and does not judge anyone with her beautiful personality and caring nature, she makes all of her classes enjoyable with that big smile and sense of humour - even for those of us that have 2 left feet and no coordination - I miss you Angie!!!
