Hi,
I'm a passionate water aerobics instructor who loves teaching all age groups and capabilities.
My water aerobics career all started when my mum religiously attended water aerobics classes and I learnt the benefits of the exercise and social connection. I wanted to be part of improving the physical and mental well being of individuals from all different backgrounds.
Am rejoining the water aerobics work/activities after the Covid 19 absences and really looking forward to giving participants a great workout and opportunity to connect with other participants.
