Grant is one of the best myotherapists in Melbourne!! I've seen others before and never felt like the results lasted long term. I see Grant for remedial massages and he always fixes any issues I have and now I just see him for a regular tune up. I highly recommend seeing him.

Great sports massage! Had neck pains, stiff shoulders and lower back soreness and after 1 session I left there feeling so much better. Don’t expect a gentle and relaxing massage. Some portions of the massage felt nice, other parts hurt a lot (due to tight muscles and knots). But overall effective. Grant also gave me some advise on stretching and how to work on my weaker muscles to reduce the tightness in my neck and shoulders. Grant also had good knowledge on anatomy and he helped me refresh my own anatomy knowledge! Would defo recommend Grant to anyone with aches and pains needing a massage. Worth the time and money.
