Hello every one my name is Bryan smith I am from Colombia where I have studied sports training and physical activity, in addition to a diploma in sports nutrition, muscle training. I describe myself as enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and healthy living where I have been a coach for several years. I have approximately 7 years of experience in the field where I have had the opportunity to work and be part of large teams with high performance athletes in my country, group classes, hypertrophy and functional training.
