Beverlee’s yoga knowledge is immense and with every class I attend, I leave learning something new and constantly being stimulated and challenged. I like to learn what muscles and organs I’m toning, relaxing and working. While I’ve only learned a mere speck of her knowledge I’m hungry to keep learning.
