REGISTERED PILATES INSTRUCTOR

I began in the Fitness industry in 2001 as an aerobics instructor, so I have over 23 years experience in the industry. I have completed International Certification in Les Mills Body Step, Body Pump and CXWORX as well as trained in Body Combat. In 2019 I completed my Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer and in 2022 I completed my Diploma of Clinical Pilates, both at Breathe Education. In August 2020 during the second Melbourne Lockdown I have successfully opened my own online Pilates Classes business and am have enjoyed creating my own community. I'm a Mum to 3 beautiful kids and enjoy running, bike riding and playing the piano.
