I have been a client of Cathy’s for quite some time for both PT and classes.
Cathy keeps the classes fun whilst making sure we work hard, and always shows options to make sure everyone can participate at their own level.
From a PT perspective, both myself and my husband take part in the sessions. Cathy takes the time to prepare each session in line with our goals and always makes sure we work hard. Cathy is very caring and encouraging, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PT.
