I'm a qualified Physical Education Teacher from Uruguay with experience working across fitness, swimming, aquatic safety, functional training, and group exercise. I’m passionate about helping people of all ages build confidence through movement and develop healthy, active lifestyles.

Throughout my career I've worked as a swimming instructor, aqua aerobics instructor, personal trainer, functional training coach, and lifeguard, delivering safe, engaging and inclusive sessions. I enjoy creating positive environments where people feel motivated, supported and challenged to achieve their goals.

I believe exercise should be enjoyable, accessible and adapted to every individual. My approach combines technical knowledge, energy and empathy to help people improve their fitness, wellbeing and confidence.
