Hi, I'm Cesar. I studied Physical Education at IPA University in Brazil and volunteered at a local gym to gain practical experience in rehabilitation and personal training. After graduating, I worked as a personal trainer with a variety of clients. Since 2004, I've worked with clients who have never been to a gym before, to experienced weightlifters, clients focused on weight loss, functional training, rehabilitation, mobility, and triathletes. I've also worked with clients preparing for and after shoulder and knee surgery.

My passion is being outdoors, with surfing and triathlon being my favorite sports. I believe that being healthy and fit in all areas of life is directly related to the time and energy dedicated to fitness. I also believe that the gym should be a positive and fun atmosphere that encourages everyone to try new things and explore what they enjoy! The right workout is the one that makes you "click."
