CERT IV Fitness Instructor with a passion for pilates-mat and reformer as well as a strong believer in stretch classes to aid recovery and incorporate an active recovery program to speed up the recovery phase. I am also a CERT IV qualified Allied Health Assistant assisting with rehabilitation including physio and hydrotherapy. Based on the Gold Coast in Oxenford, I am able to include walking programs around a 4km lake to maximise endurance and fitness levels of all ages.I specialise in Seniors and those wanting longterm fitness.
