Registered Pilates Instructor

After many rewarding years in the real estate industry, I felt it was time to follow my true passion helping people improve their health and wellbeing through Pilates.

I am now a newly registered Pilates instructor and am excited to start this new chapter in my career.

My experience working closely with clients in real estate has given me strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to support people through important life changes qualities I look forward to bringing into my teaching practice.
