A Bit About Me
Started back in 2010 participating in Group Fitness classes and the love for it grew from that, to having other members saying they felt more motivated when i came to classes they also attended and instructors also mentioning I should start teaching, then in 2012/3 I made it happening with my first program of Les Mills BODY COMBAT, felt like a steep curved but it happened and have added other Programs of Les Mills BODY BALANCE and BODY PUMP.
