Iv been around fitness my whole life coming from a rugby back round playing at elite level representing Australia and victory. Fitness has been apart of me, at one point I injured both my knees and it took a toll on my career I put on 40kilos. Becoming a PT changed my life again losing the weight and getting myself right again made me wanna help others in the same boat I was in. I enjoy what I do helping people reach there goals is just a bonus, I don't even find it as work feels like hanging with mates having fun while putting our heath and fitness first.
