Deb has a 37-year history in fitness that is comprised of Martial Arts, Certified 5th Degree Black Belt & Master Instructor. Former PT, kickboxing, swim/yoga/Zumba.

Deb is the co-founder of Exercise Angels. An in-person program specifically designed for seated exercise with fun music for aged care participants. An entire inclusive program for disability participants as well.
Whatever Deb is teaching, she believes in providing a great workout, with proper technique & having FUN!
