Hi! I'm Elle and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I obtained my certification through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers in 2022. I also have further background knowledge in functional anatomy and exercise prescription through my Bachelor's degree in Medical & Health Science. I have experience running my own mobile PT business when I first started out.

I'm a young, fit and motivated individual who has a strong passion for health & fitness. I have been training for 9 years and have a wide range of training styles and knowledge to tailor a program suitable for my client's goals.
