Fitness for me started after I had my two kids. I decided I was sick of feeling flat & sick of every day being a struggle. I started Pound Fit in 2019 and I knew it was something life changing for me, 2020 I became a Pound Pro Instructor and taught outside of the gym. 2022 i did my GEL certificate and i am back in the gym & I'm ready to help others make their physical & mental health matter. This class is a full body cardio jam workout, it also builds confidence, changes the way you look at exercise and is for everyBODY.
