I have always had an interest in health and fitness, from participating in school sports and athletics carnivals to joining a gym when I was older, being active has always been a huge part of my life. After years of attending a gym and participating in classes I looked at the instructor and thought “I could do that. Why not?” And so my journey into doing something I love, and sharing my passion, began.

My work within the fitness industry is wide-ranging and varied; I work for a few gyms as well as running my own business. Whether it is teaching gentle exercise for older adults, pre- and post-natal clients, Pilates, boxing, spin, aqua, or working with disability clients… the list goes on. I love what I do, I love meeting new people, hearing how they are progressing, how much improvement they have noticed and how good they feel within themselves.
