I first met Simon in 2018 when I had contemplated giving up my training as a sprinter. Two years on, Simon has been instrumental in my strength and conditioning training and generously gives up his time in preparing programs for me. He has coached me to a level of competing at the Australian Track and Field Championships and many Gift Finals in the Victorian Athletics League. Most importantly, through the passion he displays in his work, Simon has motivated and instilled confidence in me to continue pursuing athletics. Furthermore, with his extensive knowledge and expertise in strength and conditioning he is an ideal role model within the fitness industry and one whom I can aspire to be.
