A Bit About Me
I have a passion for Fitness from Bushwalking, Gym Workouts, Yoga and Meditation, Golf, Cycling, Running, whatever I can do to keep fit. Love my work at the moment, working for Femur Connect, as a Personal Trainer and Human Movements Coach, primarily with people that have Neuromuscular problems. For the first half of my career did many Boot Camps and walked the gym floor helping clients improve their fitness and health. I was also an Accredited Swim Teacher. At the moment I am studying allied health to have a greater exposure to Physiotherapists and enhance the services I can offer through Femur Connect.

In addition to Gym duties duties Shane Scott also conducts Living Longer Living Stronger and Disability classes.
I have found Shane to be very friendly with both members and other staff.
