Registered Fitness Professional

I take a focus on coaching, rehabilitation and strengthening clients, whilst also maintaining an energetic and positive disposition. In terms of prior experience in the field, I have run bootcamps, small group training and 1 on 1 with friends & family in order to gain more experience.

I also have some experience in sports coaching over the last 8 years or so and fitness has always been a great passion of mine. Before deciding I wanted to make a difference in the fitness industry I completed 4 year degree in Social Work which I finished up in 2014, but realised that I wasn't wholeheartedly chasing my dreams which is why I had a change of heart and career.

I decided that I want to spend my life helping others achieve their goals, in a positive environment.
