I am a Personal Trainer and group fitness trainer based in Sutherland Shire NSW.
I specialise in Weight loss, Body transformations, Pre & Post Natal exercise, Functional training, Mobility, Strength and conditioning, and unconventional training.
I am a Personal trainer at Plus Fitness 24/7 Sutherland & Kirrawee where I provide one on one training as well as run some excellent classes including HIIT, Endurance, Tabata and fitness Boxing and MMA.
I am and outdoor group fitness trainer with Forte Fitness In Engadine which includes Mum's n Bubs and general population. I run Mobile PT through my own business Renovating The Temple.
My passion is to see people find that spark that motivates them to keep striving to be their best. Having once been very out of shape and obese myself, I know exactly what it feels like to be at your worst and then find your way to being your best.
