I am a professional in the Sports industry with experience at grassroot, state and national levels, increasing participation in sport for everyone, as I believe sport can bring a community together no matter the ability.

I have extended my knowledge into personal training as I know what positive impacts that exercise can do for the body, the mind and socially.

Sport and Recreation is a great passion and I believe it can be a catalyst to bringing communities together.
