A Bit About Me
I have been a registered fitness professional since 1999.
I continue to expand my knowledge and interests to a wide variety of corners. I have worked on the gym floor, writing fitness programs for members, taught a variety of group fitness classes, undertaken multiple Cycle courses, and Pilates course with The Pilates Company.
In 2019 I fulfilled my long dream of undertaking and graduating Yoga Teacher Training in India. Since then I expanded my Yoga skillset to include Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release.
In March 2023 I went back to India and underwent an advanced 300 hours yoga teacher training, which deepened my knowledge of the subtle effects of the yogic practice as well as awakened an interest in Ayurveda (life knowledge) and yoga therapy.
I September 2024 I underwent Reform Pilates Training and gained my Certification.
