Welcome, I am excited to be in the fitness world. After having my second child I decided that I needed to make a change and that was by losing:

- retraining my habits
- learning new skills
- building foundational knowledge classes
I found that having an understanding of functional training and core knowledge helped me literally reshape my life and I want to share this with those who come to my classes.
