I started doing bodypump as a participant about 8-10 years ago and just couldn’t get enough of it!! After winning a promotion in my day job at the end of 2023, I was after the next challenge and getting my bodypump certification was a no brainer!! (Bodyattack was a thought, but I’m not ready to do burpees on stage….. yet!)
