A Bit About Me

I am a Yoga Teacher with 800 RYS hours. I am also a Yoga and Ayurveda Therapist with additional 900 RYS hours.

I trained in and teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy.

I have a Yoga studio in Noosa and have worked for myself in the past, as well as, the present. I teach for others now and again.
