Passionate about the fitness industry, helping people achieve health and fitness goals but most importantly discover pleasure through exercise.
I've worked in the industry for over 15 years, from personal training, membership sales, group fitness and team leader for Group Fitness. A previous background in the design industry has enabled me to have a foundation in promotion.
My true passion is with group exercise. I'm qualified in a variety of Les Mills programs, freestyle programs such as boxing through to Aqua fitness.
