I've worked in the industry for over 19 years, from personal training, membership sales, group fitness and team leader for Group Fitness. A previous background in the design industry has enabled me to have a foundation in promotion.
My true passion is with group exercise. I'm qualified in a variety of Les Mills programs, Aqua fitness, Reformer Pilates, Older Adult classes and more
