Registered Fitness Professional

I’ve been involved in the fitness industry on a part-time basis since 2008.

I started out teaching a Jazz dance (“Aerodance”) class at the Harold Holt Swim Centre (HHSC), Glen Iris.

From there, my professional interest in fitness grew. I qualified for my Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor) in 2010 and followed that with the Group Exercise Instructor module later that same year.

In September 2010, I completed the Zumba Fitness instructor training and since then have added various Zumba specialty programs to my repertoire. I now teach Zumba Fitness (the "original" program), Zumba Gold-Toning (for active older adults) and AquaZumba.

A knee injury sidelined me in Sep 2019 so I concentrated on rehab & recovery for a couple of years before taking up teaching again in Feb 2022. It's great to be back!
