I am passionate about helping others find their path to a fitter and healthier life.

Having myself been through a journey from a sedentary lifestyle to successfully completing Ironman races across Australia, I love sharing my experience (with all its ups and downs) with my clients and help give them the advice and support they need to achieve their fitness and health goals.

I am also very passionate about providing those in the disabled community an opportunity to carve their own journey too.

Having realised there is a definite need for such services within our community, I want to provide the opportunity for those who may feel that standard fitness programs will not be appropriate for them by delivering personalised training plans which are effective and safe but most importantly fun and interactive.
