I have worked in the world of fitness from 2006 and my passion & enthusiasm for the industry has only increased. I definitely am an advocate for the 'do what you love and never work a day in your life' philosphy.
I enjoy the interaction with my clients & group fitness participants whilst also appreciating the variety of the customer service/adminstration components of the managerial positions I've held over the years.
My mantra is simple 'be the best version of your best self' and let's see if we can't have some fun along the way.

Kaz worked as a Personal Trainer, small group trainer and adminstration assistant at Unified Fitness. Kaz has exceptional personal training skills with an infectious personality.
