Hi! I’m Laura, I am 30 years old and I am the Owner/Operator of Aura Personal Coaching. I work with women of all ages and backgrounds, with my primary focus being heavily place upon educating women on the importance of balancing exercise and nutrition within their lives.

My passion is to encourage body positivity, build a supportive network for like-minded women and strive to make a difference in people’s lives. I have over 8 years of industry experience including group training, personal training, and mentoring. I have trained in many different forms of sports including soccer, tennis, basketball & horse riding.

I have a huge passion for health and fitness, as it has played a pivotal role in who I am today. I enjoy pushing my limits both physically and mentally through my training. I have a strong work ethic, and discipline and learn quickly which is demonstrated in everything I do.
