A Bit About Me
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 35 years. and now teach Pilates while working externally in women's and general population health research.
I offer a holistic approach to my classes, creating a safe space where people can have fun, improve their health and connect with one another.
I have a Master's Degree in Maternal-Child Health Systems and my external professional work includes:
- Consumer Partnerships Lead, Women's Health Research Translation Network (WHRTN)
- Co-founder, Lamaze Australia (NFP charity)

I like to create a sense of community and inclusion in my classes. I enjoy seeing participants improve their health and I delight in the connections people make when working in groups.
