I am a sports management and coaching graduate who has had a passion and talent for a wide range of sports and fitness since a very young age. I have always competed in Soccer and boxing so I have always had to keep my health and fitness at an optimal level. During my studies, I became a personal trainer as I decided to dedicate my career towards health and fitness. As a level 3 personal trainer from the UK, I have had a number of clients which have mainly been people I know personally. I have created questionnaires to find out every last detail I need to create a progressive fitness plan to keep them both engaged, and finding success.
