Hi, I’m Luda, a certified fitness trainer. I have been in fitness for more than a decade, and it’s never been boring. I’ve been a professional ballroom dancer for 15 years and then transitioned into the world of fitness. I was employed by one of the best dance fitness studios in Moscow and continuously delivered exceptional attendance in all my classes. I never stop learning and developing my skills. When I run my class, I want my participants to feel excited and empowered.
