in 2012 My family & I immigrated from South Africa to Australia for a better future for our children.
When I decided that working in an office was NOT for me and decided to study fitness to enable me to work around my children and work outdoors.
I know that many people don't like the "gym atmosphere" so I decided I would deliver fitness where they felt comfortable.. Local parks or in the clients own home. I have worked with groups of mums, +50yrs age groups and even children. Meeting each group where they needed support and encouragement to keep active no matter what.
In training clients I realised that should my clients need further care, injury or stretching support I needed to further my studies and go into Remedial Massage to support them.
I LOVE encouraging individuals no matter their age.
Having my clients leave with some sweat and a smile is MORE than enough of a reward for me :)
