My name is Manuel Castro Toral, and I am from Spain. I am based in Sydney and been in this beautiful country for 7 years.
When people ask me how long I have been in the fitness industry, if I need to be honest, I will say since I remember. Always doing exercise, trying to explore my limits, willing to help other and try to understand the needs of the people and like that, becoming more efficient in what I want to achieve, what I want to deliver, how I could be more helpful, prepper to help to achieve the needs and goals in others.
I have experience as a Personal Trainer, coach, boxing instructor and different types of classes, management role experience, and mostly a person who love help others and continue improving and learning through this amazing fitness universe.
