Philosophy
“I really enjoy hearing somebody say “they can’t do that because…….”. When I show them what they can actually do regardless of their perceived restriction I get a kick out of seeing their faces when they surprise themselves. That sort of positive accomplishment is what I think being a trainer is all about.
