I thrive off a busy environment where I am able to multi-task and interact with people. I take
direction well and enjoy working both autonomously and in a team environment. I believe that my
ability to get things done efficiently while also maintaining excellent relationships with those around
me is what sets me apart, teamed with my high attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Having successfully assisted clients in changing their mind-set and physical appearance as a personal
trainer, I am a natural influencer and commit to each and every client to ensure that a desired
outcome is achieved by ensuring there is a clear business plan and time management.
