A Bit About Me
Managing teams from 1 - 50 including casuals and currently close to 30 full time staff made up of managers regional managers and senior regional managers. Leading and managing group training sessions of over 50 clients has given me amazing relationship building and management experience in stressful conditions. Currently an Operations Manager for a franchise group of 21 Anytime Fitness gyms and 7 Group Fit studios. I am involved in all aspects from staff management, KPI’s, training, maintenance, building and launching new gyms. Having founded Group Fit Australia, I have extensive knowledge required in running, operating, coaching, site management and everything included in starting a business from the ground up successfully. Group Fit started as 1 studio, now we are 7 studios within NSW and Tasmania. This concept fully created by myself including all programming, challenges, sales procedures, policy creating, reporting and Mindbody / App creation and maintenance.
