During my 30 years working in the area of health and fitness, I have been involved in many changes within this dynamic area. My experience includes planning, implementing and evaluating health programs. This work has included supporting individuals, such as Elite Athletes, to developing health programs within complex organisations. I am passionate about health and wellbeing and believe my previous employment had given me experiences that are of benefit for any organisation interested in promoting and sustaining health and wellbeing.
