I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years. What started out to be a part time interest with a bit of pocket money on the side, became a life long career which I’m still actively working in.
My journey has been diverse and I have met many people along the way that have inspired, motivated and driven me to to provide the best service I can deliver.
I have done many different variances in my career, group fitness, PT, re-habilitation, sport coaching, special populations, manager, coordinator, to name a few, and with every different variance , I have taken away something that I can collaborate to make me an adaptable , wholistic trainer.
