I’m Mieke, a passionate fitness professional with over 11 years’ experience helping people become stronger, more confident, and more capable.
I believe fitness is about more than exercise — it’s about building confidence, creating sustainable habits, and helping people feel their best. My coaching style combines energy, encouragement, and personalised programming to support each person’s goals and abilities.
With experience across personal training, group fitness, outdoor training, boxing, yoga, pilates, strength and conditioning, pre + post natal, and leadership roles, I bring a well-rounded approach to every session.
I’m passionate about helping people discover their potential, achieve things they never thought possible, and enjoy the journey along the way.

Mieke has been such an instrumental person at the start of my Pilates instructor journey. Then I met Mieke.
I regularly did double and triple sessions back to back. But not with Mieke. I know I am going to be sore the next day after training with her. There was no way I could do double sessions with Mieke leading. She pushes me hard. She wears her heart on her sleeve and doesn’t hold back her expectations for me.
I know I’m in safe hands because too. She’s deeply knowledgeable and dedicated to in fitness. Many times when I researched something on fitness and then ask her about it, she already learned it. It’s nice to have an expert looking after you.

Meike trained me for about four months and it was with the aid of meike that I understood how much my physical ability is. Moreover even today what she trained stays in me and I remebr them everytime I hit the gym. I had to move out of Australia due to change of workplace or I else I would still be getting myself turned by meike. I was finding hard to lift 8 kg kettlebell and after having had personal training session for 7 weeks I needed up pushing my limit to 100 kg squats that's how she helped me build myself and my inner strength.
