I am a 33-year-old British citizen from London with eight years of experience in the fitness industry. I have been actively working and competing since 2016.

In 2019, I was honored to become the British champion in Men’s Physique. Additionally, I was part of the UK national team in 2018 and have qualified for prestigious competitions like the Arnold Classic in Europe and Africa. My extensive experience in the industry has equipped me with the skills to create personalized training and nutrition plans, and I love guiding people to achieve their fitness goals.
