Registered Fitness Professional

My Name is Nicola and I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years now. I have also enjoyed a fulfuling career as a professional dancer for the past 24 years. Which has enabled me to travel the globe and dance with the likes of Mariah Carey, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera, as well as performing for many corporate and commercial events.
I love to feel fit and share my passion of dance and fitness. I have been teaching Zumba for the past 10 years in both HK and Australia. I also have qualifications in personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Zumba Kids, Body Jam and T30 Fat Burn Extreme. I look forward to furthering my knowledge in the fitness world.
