Hi! My name is Heather and I'm a personal trainer as well as a squash coach.

A little bit about me..
I grew up in Yamba, NSW. My parents owned the squash centre there which is how I got into squash. I played professionally for a few years and achieved a highest world ranking of 112. I still play local and national events.

Squash coaching and fitness is my passion. I love being able to show clients how far they can go and achieve their goals.
