Registered Fitness Professional

Originally from Orange County, California, I’ve lived in Australia since 2005. With over 40 years in the fitness industry, I’ve worked across roles from sports performance trainer to senior-level sports administrator. I hold a degree in Health and Physical Education with a minor in Exercise Science and maintain evidence-based practices that have guided me since childhood. My approach integrates multiple fitness modalities to support all demographics, including chronic disease, rehabilitation, weight management, and athletic performance. I also bring a holistic perspective to wellbeing as a student member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a postgraduate student at the Institute of Applied Psychology (Mental Health), enabling me to provide both physical training and mental wellbeing support to my clients.
