I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 40 years! I have trained and been qualified in numerous programs. I specialise in teaching people of all ages and fitness levels within the one class. I love to bring fun, flow and musicality to my classes. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing people improve their fitness levels, quality of life, both mentally and physically, achieve goals they had never even dreamed of, all within a sense of community and fun. This end goal is what I feel makes me strive to be a better instructor and gives me the drive to keep learning, improving and delivering a workout in which everyone can participate and enjoy with a sense of achievement along the way.
